At Mahendra Bakle Photography, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our photographs. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have a flexible cancellation and refund policy to accommodate your needs.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your photograph purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. If the photograph has not been shipped or delivered to you, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

If the photograph has already been shipped or delivered, we cannot cancel the order, but we may be able to offer you an exchange or credit towards a future purchase. Please contact us to discuss your options.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your photograph purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you wish to return the photograph for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the photograph to arrange a return.

To be eligible for a refund, the photograph must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging materials included. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive the returned photograph and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.
